Items purchased online can be exchanged if in as-new condition and within 30 days of original purchase. We do not give full refunds.
Merchandise credit or exchanges will be given at our discretion. There is a $6 Priority Shipping charge for the newly exchanged item to be sent back to the customer. For questions, please call 512.531.9673 or email email@example.com.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your merchandise exchange status once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship all items in stock within 3-7 business days of receipt via USPS. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If we do not have the item in stock, we will email you and let you know an ETA on delivery, not to exceed 4 weeks. This is limited to belt products and backordered inventory.
